Stefano Angioni was born in 1963 and received his medical degree at the University of Cagliari. He qualified in Gynaecology and Obstetrics at the University of Modena and in Endocrinology and Metabolic Disorders at the University of Cagliari. He received his Ph.D. in Human and Animal Reproduction at the University of Bari. He is currently an Associate Professor of Gynaecology and Obstetrics and President of the University Midwifery School of the University of Cagliari. Elene Asanidze, MD, PhD, is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Medicine at University Geomedi in Tbilisi, Georgia. She is the co-founder and President of the Georgian Association of Reproductive and Sexual Health. Dr. Asanidze is a practicing Obstetrician-Gynecologist and Pediatric Gynecologist, with expertise in laparoscopic surgery. Her research focuses on pediatric and adolescent gynecology, as well as endocrine disorders affecting the female reproductive system. Dr. Asanidze has led several research grants focusing on sexual development differences, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and recurrent pregnancy loss (RPL). Zana Bumbuliene is a professor in Obstetrics and Gynecology and was initially trained at the Vilnius University Faculty of Medicine in Lithuania. Jonathan Douxfils, born on July 11, 1988, in Namur, Belgium, is a professor, researcher, and entrepreneur in the fields of clinical pharmacology and biomarker development. He is interest in gynecologic and reproductive endocrinology and menopausal medicine. He dedicated to translational research on rat models in the field of menopause and neuroendocrinology of ageing and the effects of Menopausal Hormonal Therapy (MHT) on neurobiology and neurotrophic factors involved in menopause transition. AG is interested in investigations of robotic benign, reconstructive and oncologic gynecologic surgery clinical outcomes. Dr Kai Haldre, MD, PhD, gynaecologist, works in the Centre for Infertility Treatments in East Tallinn Central Hospital Women's Clinic in Tallinn, Estonia. Since 2021 she has served as the head of the committee of trans-gender care at the Estonian Ministry of Social Affairs. She worked additionally for many years as a researcher and lecturer at the University of Tartu, Estonia. Dr. Angelica Lindén Hirschberg is Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Department of Women’s and Children’s Health, Karolinska Institutet, Stockholm, Sweden. She is Head of the Women´s Health Research Unit and a Consultant Gynecologist in charge of Gynecological Endocrinology at the Karolinska University Hospital, Stockholm, Sweden. Her research is focused on gynecological endocrinology and reproductive and metabolic health in fertile age women as well as postmenopausal women. Professor Hirschberg is a fellow of the Endocrine Society and Androgen Excess and PCOS Society (AE-PCOS), a member of the board of the International Society of Gynecological Endocrinology (ISGE), President of the European Menopause and Andropause Society (EMAS), editor for the international journal Maturitas, and a member of the editorial board of Gynecological Endocrinology, the official journal of ISGE, and of the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism (JCEM). She is also the official gynecologist of the Swedish Olympic Teams, medical advisor to World Athletics and the International Olympic Committee (IOC). She was awarded the 2016 Grand Prize in Sport Science. Eef Hogervorst is Professor of Biological Psychology at Loughborough University (top 10 in the UK) and holds visiting positions at Cambridge, Nottingham, Leicester and several Indonesian universities. Eef started reviewing data on MHT/HRT and memory/dementia risk in 1988 as student which resulted in the PNEC award in 1998, as well as a junior fellowship at Oxford University and funding from the Alzheimer’s Association USA to further investigate sex steroid levels in dementia. She continued this work at Cambridge University and in the USA at UAMS with Prof Henderson, a well-known expert in this area. Her review on HRT and dementia in 2000 was widely cited. Eef also published the first Cochrane reviews on HRT for cognition in women with and without dementia and edited a Cambridge commissioned book on this topic in 2009 after an expert conference she organised at Loughborough University for her inaugural festivities. Eef worked on the development of the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE) Guidelines for women with Premature Ovarian Insufficiency (POI) in 2015, which was cited over 1000x. Between 2022 and 2024 Eef worked as dementia expert for revision of the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) guidelines on the diagnosis and management for menopause Eef is regularly invited to give keynotes on sex steroids and HRT vs cognitive decline/dementia risk, eg at BMS, EMAS, NAMS, IMS, but also dementia (AAIC) and other specialist meetings including in Sienna, Bregenz, Irkutsk and Karolinska; to review current papers and grants including for H2020, Eur-Age, MRC Mental Health and Neurosciences and Alzheimer’s Research UK; and submit invited papers on this topic (most recently JAD). Wolfgang Holzgreve graduated in medicine from the University of Münster in Germany and in genetic from the University of California in Berkeley, He became a specialist in obstetrics and gynecology in Germany and did his postdoctoral fellowship i reproductive genetics at the University of California in San Francisco. In 1995 he was appointed as Chair of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Basel, Switzerland. From there he was recruited back to Germany to become the Medical Director and Chair of the Board of Directors of the University of Freiburg. Jonassen, PhD, is the director of the Virology Department at the Norwegian Institute of Public Health, and holds an associate position at the Østfold Hospital trust, as head of the hospital molecular biology research group. With academic degrees in Ob & Gyn, Masters in Andrology and Reproductive Medicine, PhD in Andrology at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel, he is also intensely dedicated to scientific activity. Author and co-author >250 scientific papers with Scopus H-index of 61, he has been invited as speaker at >600 National and International congresses on the topic of Reproductive Medicine. Member of the ESHRE Executive Committee during 2005-2009, he has been Chairman of the 26th ESHRE Annual Meeting held in Rome in June 2010. In 2008 he founded together with Prof. Laura Rienzi the Genera IVF centers, with 4 different locations in Italy, where he’s been Clinical Director. In 2014 and 2019 he received the Italian National Scientific License as full Professor in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and is the former Chairman of the Italian Society of Fertility and Sterility (SIFES). Natalija Vedmedovska is an Associate Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Rīga Stradiņš University, as well as senior consultant in Prenatal Diagnostic Center of Riga Maternity Hospital-the leading referral Fetal-Maternal Hospital in Latvia. Michael von Wolff studied medicine in Germany and U.K. and worked in Germany, U.S. and Switzerland. After being awarded a professorship in Heidelberg in 2007, he was appointed Head of Department of Gynecological Endocrinology and Reproductive Medicine at the University Women‘s hospital in Bern, Switzerland in 2009. His current major research interests are fertility protection in cancer. Christina Wang, MD is a Professor of Medicine, Assistant Dean at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, and Site Director for Clinical and Translational Science Institute and a faculty member of the Division of Endocrinology, Department of Medicine, Harbor-UCLA Medical Center and The Lundquist Institute, Torrance, California. Dr. Wang has been involved in many funded basic and clinical research studies. Her current clinical research studies include androgen replacement therapy, hormonal male contraceptive development, late onset hypogonadism, accurate assessment of serum androgens, diet and androgen metabolism, environment and life style modifications on sperm parameter and more recently sperm epigenome. Her basic research studies focus on the regulation of spermatogenesis. She has authored over 350 peer-reviewed publications, 70 chapters and reviews. Dr. Wang served on the Executive Council, several committees and President of the American Society of Andrology (2006-2007). She also served as Secretary, Chair of the Program Organizing Committee and President of the International Society of Andrology (2001-2013). She is a member of the Research Group on Methods for the Regulation of Male Fertility of the World Health Organization since 1984 and Chairperson 1991-2002. She was on the editorial of the WHO “Semen Manual” from the 1st workshop and edition in 1980 to the new 6th edition in 2021. She was awarded Distinguished Andrologist Award the Highest Award of the American Society of Andrology in 2013; and the Mayo Soley Award, Western Society of Clinical Investigation for Excellence in Clinical Investigation and Mentoring in 2015. She mentored many physician and scientist and is an advocate of young investigators. Dr. Wang has been invited speaker and distinguished lecturer at many national and international endocrinology, reproductive endocrinology and andrology conferences.

Prof Yoldemir is a full professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Medical School and an adjunct professor at the Health Sciences Institute of Marmara University in Istanbul. He graduated from Istanbul University - Cerrahpasa School of Medicine with high honors in 1993. He finished his Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency Program in 1999 at the Aegean University in Izmir. He completed tutorial courses for Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery at East Ridge Hospital in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and at Northside Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia, USA in 2001. He finished his REI-IVF training at the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital Fertility Unit, Sydney Australia in 2002. Later he did a REI-IVF clinical observership at Women and Infants Hospital of Rhode Island, USA in 2002. He completed the course "Strategic Leadership and Management for Reproductive Health Training of Trainers" organized by Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health in 2011. His fields of interest and expertise are reproductive medicine and surgery, menopause and menstrual disorders, medical and surgical management of endometriosis, and minimally invasive gynecologic surgery both laparoscopic and hysteroscopic. He is a member of IMS, EMAS, ESG, and ISGE. He is the Co-chair of the Council of Affiliated Menopause Societies (CAMS). He is on the editorial boards of Climacteric, Gynecological Endocrinology, European Gynecology and Obstetrics, and Gynecological and Reproductive Endocrinology & Metabolism.
